Traffic Survey
30th Sep 2021
As part of their Geography curriculum, fourth class investigated different modes of transport both locally and around the world. We decided to conduct a traffic survey near our school to find out more about the different forms of transport in our locality. The children used a tally system to record their results. When they returned to their classroom they analysed the results from the survey. The most popular type of vehicle recorded were black cars and white vans which suggested the area was primarily a residential area and an access route to a business park.
A very enjoyable afternoon was had by all.
