We celebrated Safer Internet Day in Carbury School. A big thank you to 4th Class and their teacher Ms. McDonagh for leading a fantastic assembly reminding us all how to stay safe online. The key message from the assembly was to be SMART online.
S is for Safe: Keep your personal information safe.
M is for Meet: Don’t meet people that you only know online.
A is for Accept: Do not accept something if you are unsure of who the person is or what they’ve sent you.
R is for Reliable: Don’t believe everything people tell you. Double check that the source is reliable.
T is for Tell: If you see something online that upsets you, tell a trusted adult straight away!
