This month for Aistear, the children in Junior Infants went to space!
- Role play: the children dressed up as astronauts and travelled to various different planets in their rocket.
- Art: the children painted rockets that were blasting off into space.
- Construction: the children built their own rockets.
- Small world: the children played with aliens, planets and moon rocks.
- Play-doh: using space themed mats the children designed and made their own planets and aliens.
- Sand: the children had lots of fun hunting and hiding space objects in the sand.
