This month the children were learning all about People Who help Us. We focused on doctors and vets.
- Role play: the children took on the role of a vet and doctor. They children used thermometers, otoscopes, stethoscopes and injection to make their patients well again.
- Art: The children used chalk and cotton buds to create their own X-rays of their hands.
- Sand: the children worked together to find different animals in the sand.
- Writing: the children practiced writing vocabulary related to the doctors. They also write sentences describing animals.
- Playdough: using playdough the children made different animals and resources needed for the doctors surgery.
- Patterns: the children cut out patterns and stuck them in the correct order.
- Small World: the children played with the fire station.
