Congratulations to the 5th class students who have just completed their Incredible Edible project. They have spent the past number of months working on 5 different tasks to complete the project. The tasks included; identifying where different foods come, learning about the Irish Famine, planting and taking care of onions, potatoes and strawberries, learning about the food pyramid, preparing and cooking healthy recipes, completing group projects and presentations and so much more.
