Fyffes are on the hunt to find ‘Ireland’s Fittest School’ and our school have taken on this challenge. The Fit Squad coaches provide exercises and workouts for students to complete. Carbury NS have started the task of earning banana points by completing these weekly exercises and hope to move up the leaderboard each week. Please see the video clip for this week’s workout. Let your teacher know if you complete the workout to earn banana points for your school.
The winning school will be rewarded with €5,000 worth of sports equipment. In addition to this, there will be plenty of prizes to be won along the way! The campaign begins this week and runs until April 2022 when Fyffes will crown ‘Ireland's Fittest School’. We aim to get all students actively involved. This is fun. This is fitness.
