We had so much fun during Science Week in Fourth Class.
During Science week we made lava lamps with liquids of different densities. We also created a volcanic explosion with a mixture of acids and alkalines. Two class mates created an explosion with coca cola and menthos sweets. We had an exciting demonstration of what happens when you mix coca cola and bleach together. Another pupil burnt copper sulphate with a Bunsen burner. L and S made a chemical reaction with acid and alkaline. Safety goggles were worn !
