First Class visited the library on Thursday 21st September. The children brought in their library cards and were able to borrow some books to read. For some of the children in First Class it was their first trip to a library. Other children received their first library card. And indeed, some had the pleasure of borrowing their first book from the library. Other children were well used to the library and were able to independently borrow their books. No matter if this was a first visit or a hundredth visit we encourage you all to use the library regularly and to take advantage of all the services that are on offer. The library is a great resource and is free to use. Books may be borrowed for three weeks and then returned or renewed as needed. Well done to everyone in First Class for the way they represented Carbury School today.
They were a credit to themselves and I was very impressed by them all.
