Pupils in 1st to 6th Class availed of workshops with Jeremy Pagden on the theme of cyber bullying and internet safety. Understanding the need for digital citizenship and the importance of staying safe online is paramount for pupils’ wellbeing. Pupils were most engaged as they listened to the important steps they can take to be good digital citizens.
We held a webinar on Cyber Bullying and Internet Safety for parents. The webinar was also delivered by Jeremy Pagden, the Managing Director of Schools Websites. It focused on technology solutions, as well as tips and advice that can be used to manage our children's online activities. Key messages included having bedrooms as device-free zones and ensuring that content accessed by children is age-appropriate.
