The 5th and 6th class students recently enjoyed a visit from Dara Timpson from the Heritage Council. The visit began with an interactive presentation, followed by a practical laboratory session. The children explored samples of microinvertebrates from the Garavogue river and tanks of various local freshwater fish, including trout and salmon. The pupils really enjoyed it.
